Shipping Policy

We prepare standard orders in approximately 1–2 business days before they leave our facility. After dispatch, estimated delivery or transit is 3–5 business days. This estimate is not a guarantee.

Shipping availability applies only where a destination and service are offered at checkout. Any free-shipping offer is determined by the terms displayed during checkout. Customers must provide an accurate delivery address, email address, and telephone number.

Tracking information is supplied when available. Carrier congestion, weather, holidays, address corrections, customs, and other circumstances outside our control can extend the estimate.

For a delayed, lost, marked-delivered, or damaged parcel, contact us with the order number, checkout email, tracking number, and a description of the issue. Photos of the item and packaging may be required for damage review. Delivery restrictions may apply to certain destinations or products.
